New Look, Same Manage Vehicle: Why We’ve Refreshed Our Brand

If you’ve noticed something different about us lately, you’re not imagining it. We’ve rolled out a brand-new logo, updated our colour palette, and given the entire ManageVehicle website a fresh coat of paint.

Manage vehicle rebranding

But before you wonder if something big has changed behind the scenes, let us be clear: ManageVehicle is still ManageVehicle. Same platform. Same team. Same obsession with helping Australian transport operators run like the best.

Here’s why we did it, and what it means for you.

Why the Rebrand?

When we started ManageVehicle, we were a small team solving a specific problem: helping fleet operators get their compliance sorted without drowning in paperwork. Over the years, the platform has grown well beyond that. Today, we cover everything from GPS tracking and smart dashcams to electronic work diaries, fatigue management, maintenance scheduling, and fuel analytics.

Our old branding didn’t reflect where we are now. It was built for a smaller product and a narrower audience. The truth is, we’d outgrown it.

So we took a step back and asked ourselves: what should ManageVehicle look and feel like for the operators who rely on us every day?

The answer was simple. Clean. Professional. Built for transport.

What’s Changed

A New Logo

Our new logo is the MVG mark, a stylised monogram with an integrated truck silhouette. It’s designed to work across everything, from the app icon on your phone to a sticker on a fleet vehicle. The mark captures who we are in a single glance: a technology company built specifically for transport.

Updated Brand Colours

We’ve moved to a sharper, more deliberate colour palette. Our primary green (#00713D) stays, but it’s now paired with a bold orange accent (#FF6B2C) and a deep ink (#083423) that gives the brand more contrast and authority. The result is cleaner, easier to read, and built for both screens and print.

A Refreshed Website

This is probably the biggest change you’ll notice. We’ve rebuilt the website from the ground up with four goals in mind:

Finding what you need, fast. Whether you’re looking for compliance tools, GPS tracking, maintenance management, or something else entirely, you should be able to find your use case within a couple of clicks from the homepage. We’ve simplified the navigation and restructured the solution pages to make that happen.

HVNL 2026 compliance front and centre. With the amended Heavy Vehicle National Law now in effect since 1 August 2026, compliance isn’t optional. We’ve made sure our website clearly communicates how ManageVehicle helps operators meet their obligations under the new HVNL, whether that’s Chain of Responsibility duties, electronic work diary requirements, fatigue management, or NHVR audit readiness.

Speed and mobile performance. A lot of our users check things on the go, from the cab, the yard, or between jobs. The new site is faster, mobile-first, and designed so you’re not fighting slow load times or clunky menus on a phone screen.

Showing, not just telling. We’ve always had the features. Now the website actually shows how they work in practice, with clearer use cases, real scenarios, and less marketing fluff.

What Hasn’t Changed

Let’s be direct about this part. Nothing about the platform itself has changed because of the rebrand. Your login, your data, your dashboards, your reports, your integrations: all exactly where you left them.

Our focus hasn’t shifted either. We still build for growing Australian transport businesses, the operators running 30 to 100-plus trucks who’ve outgrown spreadsheets but don’t need (or want) bloated enterprise software.

And our commitment to staying current on compliance hasn’t changed. We still track every NHVR update, every HVNL amendment, and every change to fatigue rules, CoR obligations, and EWD requirements so you don’t have to.

The Thinking Behind It

If you’re curious about the design details, here’s a quick look at what shaped the new brand:

  • Typography: We’ve adopted Space Grotesk for headings and Inter for body text. Both are modern, highly legible, and built for digital-first reading.
  • Brand promise: “Run Like the Best.” That’s the standard we build for, and the reputation we want to help our customers earn.
  • Design philosophy: Every element should reduce effort, not add to it. If something on the site doesn’t help a transport operator understand what we do or how we can help, it doesn’t belong.

What’s Next

The rebrand is just the visible layer. Behind the scenes, we’re continuing to build out the platform with new features, deeper compliance tools, and better integrations. We’ll have more to share on that front soon.

For now, take a look around the new site. Explore the updated navigation. And if you spot something that could be better, tell us. We’d rather hear it from you than guess.
